Birth Doula Support

What is a birth doula?

To put it simply, your doula is your friend, birth teacher, and tangible support throughout all four trimesters of your pregnancy. It’s someone who has walked this road herself and with many others, who knows how to fill in the gaps of care and hold space for you as you process your journey through parenthood.

Having babies is so beautiful and magical and hard and confusing-

let me make it a little easier.

BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT PACKAGE

Birth and postpartum are both transformational rites of passage that deserve support and respect. My approach to supporting these vulnerable moments is intuitive and trauma-informed, and I’m always looking for unique ways to create rituals that will ground your experience.
